NABIP OKC is the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Oklahoma National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals. Tulsa has a similar local chapter (NABIP Tulsa). NABIP Oklahoma City and NABIP Tulsa are member chapters of the National chapter -  National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals (NABIP).  NABIP's headquarters are in Arlington, Virginia.

We are a professional organization of insurance agents, insurance company representatives and providers of healthcare who care about their clients enough to join together to protect the consumer by enhancing the professional growth of its members. NABIP represents nearly 20,000 professional health insurance agents and brokers who service the insurance needs of millions of Americans. History of NABIP Oklahoma

NABIP Oklahoma filed the Articles of Incorporation on October 21, 1985. The three incorporators were Charles Potts, Frederick Orth and Robert Phillips. The Board of Directors consisted of: Kim Holland, Danita Watkins, Patricia Beck, Richard Carllson and Matt Dillon.


History of NABIP Oklahoma City

NABIP Oklahoma City was formerly Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters, Inc.(OKAHU) and filed the Articles of Incorporation on April 25, 1995. The initial meeting of the Directors was held on May 19, 1995. The Officers included Dwight Hyde President, Robert Palmer President Elect, Dan Oliver Vice President, Janice Hill Secretary, and Sue Ann Comby Treasurer.
